We want you to shop with confidence. Should you require a refund or exchange we will make every attempt to make sure you are completely satisfied with our customer service. Unfortunately, unless the fault is ours, we cannot pay for the return freight. If we have made an error in your order we will happily credit your return freight along with the purchase price.
Returns/refunds are accepted within 30 days from the ship date. We accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, washed or damaged. Any item returned after 30 days may either be exchanged or a store credit will be issued to your account.
Please return your product in it's original condition and include a copy of our Return/Exchange Form. We will credit your account within a few days of receiving your package. Should an exchange be required, we will attempt to re-ship your product as quickly as possible.
